A complete installation of ImproveMyCity has entered in full-scale operation, allowing people that live, work or visit Municipality of Thermi to report local problems through the web or mobile. The Municipality of Thermi is located in Greece, in the region of Central Macedonia.The population reaches up to 53.000 residents a number that is expected to grow in the coming years. The application is available in the web and for iphone and android.

ImproveMyCity has been chosen by the local government of West Burlington Iowa as a tool to empower users and bring policy makers closer to the real life of citizens. The City of West Burlington is located in southeastern Iowa near the natural and scenic bluffs of the Mississippi River. The City is situated within Des Moines County and is adjacent to the City of Burlington that has a population of approximately 27,000. ImproveMyCity is a solution for smart cities worldwide! The platform is currently under development for the city of Kostanay in Kazakhstan. Kostanay is a city located in the northern part of Kazakhstan at the Tobol River. Kostanay is the administrative center of Kostanay Province with a population of 214,916 citizens. Piraeus is the port of Attica and the most important port of Greece and the East Mediterranean coast. The municipality of Piraeus constitutes the third biggest municipality and settlement in Greece having a population of 175.697.

Another installation of Infalia's ImproveMyCity has been recently deployed for the city of Ptuj in Slovenia. Ptuj is the oldest city in Slovenia with a total population of approximately 18.000 residents.
